Liberation-centered
Holistic youth development built on dignity, autonomy, and self-determination. Young people set their own goals; we make them reachable.
Low-barrier
No excessive documentation or participation requirements. The job is to remove obstacles, not add them.
Trauma-informed
Every interaction accounts for what a young person has already survived. This is training, not instinct, and we provide it.

- RCYCP — Registered Child and Youth Care Practitioner
